The Springs project is a massive Team effort. Hands down. — We were presented with the opportunity to assume the AOR role following the design phase but prior to any approvals or permitting began. — The community of Boyes Springs, like much of California, is in need of affordable & “missing-middle” housing. — We share many thanks w/ TLCD Architects for their thoughtful design, and we’ve picked up the torch. — Four buildings totaling approx. 54,000 sf will support the need for housing and commercial business opportunities in the community. — With a unanimous Sonoma County Design Review approval, permits were submitted in June of 2022. The permitting process is ongoing and making positive strides. — Feel free to reach out with any inquiries for this important development in the Springs.
