The 7th Avenue renovation was commissioned to achieve one goal: park a modern car inside! — For ~120-years, the utility basement played a bit part in the access and amenities of this home. An existing guest room anchored the program. A new guest bar, a luxurious full-bathroom, a dedicated workout space, and the laundry / hall honed the connection to the upper floors.
